Terms of use.
The rules for using this site, and how my name, brand and content are protected.
Effective November 7, 2026 · Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and everything on it. Please read them. They include a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver in section 16 that affect how disputes are resolved.
1. Agreement
This website is run by Ahmer Zaman ("I", "me", "my"). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy policy. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use the site
The site is intended for adults and businesses. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to send me enquiries or use the free resources. You agree that the information you give me is accurate and that you will use the site only for lawful purposes.
3. Information, not advice
The site, the blog, the podcast, the playbooks and the Script Vault give general information about technology, automation, AI and marketing. They are not legal, financial, tax, compliance or other professional advice for your situation, and reading them does not create a client relationship. Platforms, prices and laws change, so check anything important before relying on it.
4. My name, brand and likeness
My name, the "ahmerzaman." wordmark, the "az." mark, my photographs, image, voice and likeness, and the look and feel of this site are mine. You may not use any of them, or anything confusingly similar, without my prior written permission, including:
- in advertising, sales pages, social posts, decks or proposals;
- to suggest that I work with you, endorse you, or recommend your product or service;
- in domain names, usernames, social handles, ad keywords or business names;
- to create accounts, pages, profiles or AI-generated content (including voice or video) that impersonate me or my ventures.
You may mention my name factually, for example to say you read an article of mine or to link to this site, as long as it is accurate and not misleading.
5. My content and free resources
All text, designs, graphics, code, videos, audio, playbooks, scripts, templates, prompts and downloads on this site ("content") belong to me or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. I give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content and, for downloads, to use them inside your own business. All other rights are reserved.
Unless I agree in writing, you may not copy, republish, resell, sublicense, bundle into paid products or courses, share publicly, or pass off any content as your own. Short quotes with clear credit and a link back are fine.
Scripts, automations and templates are starting points. You are responsible for adapting them and for making sure your use complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to you, including rules on calls, texts and emails (for example TCPA, A2P 10DLC, CAN-SPAM, PECR and GDPR) and on AI disclosures.
6. Things you may not do
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the site or its content by automated means, or use any of it to train, fine-tune or ground AI or machine-learning models, or to build a competing product or dataset.
- Hack, probe, overload or interfere with the site, its forms or its security, or try to access anything you are not meant to.
- Send spam, malware, false information or abusive, unlawful or infringing material through the site.
- Frame or mirror the site, or remove copyright, trademark or other notices.
- Use the site in breach of any law, including sanctions and export laws.
I may block or suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
7. What you send me
When you send me a message, form, file or idea, you confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information before we have signed an agreement or NDA; until then, an enquiry does not create a duty of confidentiality, although I will treat what you send with care. If you send suggestions or feedback about my work, I may use them freely without owing you anything.
8. Other companies' names and awards
HighLevel, SaaSpreneur, LevelUp, Inc. 5000, MarTech Outlook, LCCI, Upwork, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the names and logos of clients and other companies shown on this site are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to describe awards, recognition, platforms and past work. Their use does not mean those companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with this site or my services, unless I say so expressly. Awards and recognitions relate to the year, company and criteria stated by the organisation that gave them. Some were awarded to companies I worked for or with, such as PipelinePRO.
9. Results, reviews and connections
Figures, case studies and reviews on this site describe real past work and the experience of specific clients. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will get similar results. Outcomes depend on many things outside my control, including your offer, market, team, budget, data and effort.
Reviews come from real clients. Some are shortened or lightly edited for length or clarity, never to change their meaning. I do not pay for reviews.
I have a financial interest in the ventures I link to (VektorOS, the SaaSpreneur Inner Circle and the ENGAGE MasterClass), and some links on this site may earn me a commission. I only recommend things I believe in.
10. Ventures, bookings and paid work
VektorOS, the SaaSpreneur Inner Circle and the ENGAGE MasterClass are separate ventures with their own websites, terms, refund policies and privacy policies, which govern any purchase or membership with them.
Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract, client relationship or obligation on either side. Paid work starts only when we both sign a written agreement (or accept a written proposal) and any deposit is paid. That agreement will set out the scope, fees, ownership of work and confidentiality, and it takes priority over these terms if they conflict. Work through Upwork is also governed by Upwork's terms.
11. Text messages
If you give me your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive messages about your enquiry, bookings and projects. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the Privacy policy for how your number is handled.
12. Other websites and tools
The site links to, or uses, third-party websites and tools such as booking pages, Upwork, social networks and award listings. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, availability, products, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.
13. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. I may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the site, its content or these terms, even if I was told such loss was possible. My total liability for all claims related to the site is limited to USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and they do not limit claims under a separate signed agreement, which has its own terms.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or its content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights, including misuse of my name, brand or likeness.
16. Disputes, law and arbitration
I work with people all over the world, so disputes are handled in one neutral, international way.
Talk first. Before starting any claim, the party with the concern will email the other with a short description, and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
Arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms, including their existence, validity or termination, will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration is Singapore. There will be one arbitrator. The language is English. Hearings will be held by video unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. The award is final and binding and may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction, including under the New York Convention.
Governing law. These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Individual claims only. To the extent the law allows, claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be started within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.
Exceptions. Either of us may go to any court with jurisdiction for urgent or injunctive relief, including to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, my name, brand or likeness, or confidential information. Nothing here takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, which apply if they give you more protection.
17. Reporting misuse or infringement
If you see someone impersonating me or my ventures, or using my content or brand without permission, please tell me at ahmer@vektoros.ai. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, send me: your contact details, the work or right concerned, the URL of the material, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. I will review it promptly and remove material where appropriate.
18. General terms
- Changes. I may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, will always be on this page. Changes apply from that date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
- Whole agreement. These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the site. A separate signed agreement for paid work governs that work.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If I do not enforce a right straight away, I have not given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. I may transfer mine, for example to a company I control or to a successor.
- Events outside my control. I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters or actions of authorities.
- Electronic communications. You agree that notices, agreements and other communications I send you electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls.
- Survival. Sections 4 to 9 and 13 to 18 continue to apply after you stop using the site.
